Devs On Budget respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement.
2. Requirements for Notice
To be effective, your infringement notice must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (email, address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.
